Create Agent Llm Connection

Create one LLM connection. id is server-generated.

Validates against the same AgentLlmConnection model the bulk PUT uses; capability-matrix / length / type errors surface as the standard FastAPI 422 envelope. Duplicate name within the tenant returns 409 with the same shape the bulk PUT uses for surfaceable conflicts.
